Quite busy staff!

Modern and fine room, a hair dryer, a bidet, and bath sheets in the room. The beds comfortable. A great value hotel, my first choice in El Burgo De Osma.

Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The staff here was incredibly friendly and always available, and the location by the river, close to the cathedral, city center, and mountains, was perfect.

This place is perfect and tidy, with a wonderful view of the old cathedral and a comfy bed in the twin room equipped with central heating, a work desk, and a television.

I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a new-fashioned and fine room. the hotel's location is unbeatable, with attractions like Iglesia del Carmen within easy reach. This is a good area and a superb base for exploration. the restaurant serves delicious Spanish cuisine.

Conveniently situated close to a charming square, with cozy bars nearby and the impressive old city wall. You can also easily explore the cathedral and scenic mountains in the background 😊. Plus, they offer private parking right on the premises.

We had an amazing time at this hotel, located right across the road from the local castle. the old cathedral was impressive and we loved the proximity to the river. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a stunning view of the historic walls. the service was fantastic and the staff spoke English well. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. We also appreciated the free parking and clean bathroom facilities.

The hotel bar can be a bit noisy in the mornings, but it wasn't a big issue for us.

Although the staff was nice, the hotel lacked the Christmas spirit, which made our holiday really disappointing. the room was also not properly heated and had a strong smell of musty and old smoke.
